| dc.description | This research is aiming at knowing the influence of relationship marketing to the loyalty of Es Lilin Aneka Rasa distributors in Surabaya. Es Lilin Aneka Rasa is a company that produces es lilin that is sold through distributors called es lilin-roundman. There is a hypothesis: the loyal distributor is tested by using simple linier regression analysis.
This research is an explanatory research. The population of this research is 32 roundmen of Es Lilin Aneka Rasa in Surabaya. The sample is taken using a Slavin formula with a 5% fault percentage and it is found the result, that were 30 people. Sampling technique used is convinience sampling.
The results show that there is influence of relationship marketing to the loyalty of Es Lilin Aneka Rasa distributors in Surabaya. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui tentang pengaruh relationship marketing terhadap loyalitas distributor Es Lilin Aneka Rasa di Surabaya. Perusahaan Es Lilin Aneka Rasa merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi es lilin yang dijual melalui distributor yaitu penjaja es keliling. Terdapat satu hipotesis yaitu loyalitas distributor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh penjaja keliling Es Lilin Aneka Rasa di Surabaya sebanyak 32 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan persentase kesalahan adalah 5% dan ditemukan hasil yaitu sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convinience sampling.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh relationship marketing terhadap loyalitas distributor Es Lilin Aneka Rasa di Surabaya. | en_US |
