dc.descriptionThis study aims to review the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the balanced scorecard at Sekolah Citra Kasih (SCK)-Sekolah Citra Berkat (SCB) and to design an appropriate balanced scorecard to be implemented at SCK- SCB. Previously, the balanced scorecard as a performance measurement tool had been implemented at Sekolah Citra Berkat CitraLand Surabaya for 2 academic year periods (2013/2014 and 2014/2015). However, it had stopped and re-implemented for all schools under the SCK-SCB in the 2020/2021 academic year period. The process of reviewing the implementation of the balanced scorecard needs to be carried out, so that it can be a reference for the appropriate design of the BSC that would be implemented in the SCK-SCB in the future period. The analytical model used in this research is Simple Research Design with data analysis using the balanced scorecard method. Data collection methods were carried out through documentation, interviews with 5 key informants, consist of 1 Executive Board Secretary, 2 School General Managers and 2 Head of Schools from SCK-SCB, as well as benchmarking with Universitas Ciputra. Results show that the presence of personnel who are concerned in handling the BSC becomes an obstacle in the implementation of the BSC. Socialization to all PICs who are responsible for the achievement of the BSC also needs to be done at the beginning of the determination of the BSC as a performance measurement tool. Besides, the involvement and commitment of the leader in the preparation of the BSC is also a factor of the BSC implementation can run well. From the results of the interviews, it was concluded that due to the vision and mission of the organization there were 10 strategic objective s to be achieved by SCK-SCB. The strategic objective is divided into 22 measurement indicators, of which 18 indicators are the indicators that have been used in the BSC for the 2020/2021 academic year period, and 4 of them are new indicators. The results of this BSC design will be implemented starting from the 2022/2023 academic year period.en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereview keunggulan dan kendala implementasi balanced scorecard di Sekolah Citra Kasih (SCK)-Sekolah Citra Berkat (SCB) serta merancang balanced scorecard yang sesuai untuk diimplementasikan di SCK-SCB. Sebelumnya balanced scorecard sebagai alat pengukuran kinerja, pernah diiimplementasikan di Sekolah Citra Berkat CitraLand Surabaya selama 2 periode tahun ajaran (2013/2014 dan 2014/2015). Namun sempat terhenti dan baru diimplementasikan kembali untuk semua sekolah yang bernaung dibawah SCK-SCB pada periode tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Proses review terhadap implementasi balanced scorecard perlu dilakukan, agar dapat menjadi referensi bagi perancangan BSC yang sesuai untuk diimplementasikan di SCK-SCB periode mendatang. Model analisis yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Research Design dengan analisis data menggunakan metode balanced scorecard . Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, interview dengan 5 informan kunci, yang terdiri atas 1 orang Executive Board Secretary, 2 orang School General Manager dan 2 orang Head of School dari SCK-SCB, serta dengan melakukan benchmarking dengan Universitas Ciputra. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan personil yang concern dalam menangani BSC menjadi kendala dalam implementasi BSC. Sosialisasi ke semua PIC yang bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian BSC juga perlu dilakukan diawal penetapan BSC sebagai alat pengukuran kinerja, selain itu keterlibatan dan komitmen leader dalam penyusunan BSC juga menjadi faktor implementasi BSC dapat berjalan dengan baik. Dari hasil wawancara, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sesuai visi dan misi organisasi terdapat 10 strategic objective yang ingin dicapai oleh SCK-SCB. Strategic objective tersebut di- breakdown menjadi 22 indikator pengukuran, dimana 18 indikator diantaranya adalah indikator yang telah dipergunakan pada BSC periode tahun ajaran 2020/2021, dan 4 diantaranya adalah indikator baru. Hasil perancangan BSC ini akan diimplementasikan mulai periode tahun ajaran 2022/2023.en_US
