| dc.description | The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of responsiveness and assuran ce toward purchasing decision of HID lamp at 39 Project’s in Malang. This research was a descriptive quantitative research. Data used in this research were taken internally from the company and from 39 Project’s financial statements during the period of Ma y 2011 to January 2012. Data was processed and analyzed using SPSS and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this research demonstrated that responsiveness and assurance influence the purchasing decision of HID lamp at 39 Project’s in Malan g. The F - test resulted in significance of 0.000 < 0.05, the significance limit. Partially, using the t - test, it was found that responsiveness significantly influence purchasing decision because the significance was 0.000 < 0.05. As well, assurance was also found to be significantly influencing purchasing decision because the significance was 0.000 < 0.05 | en_US | 
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Responsiveness dan Assurance terhadap keputusan pembelian lampu HID pada 39 Project’s d i Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data intern p erusahaan dan data laporan keuangan 39 Project’s periode Mei 2011 sampai Januari 2012. Data tersebut kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Responsivenes s dan Assurance berpengaruh terhadap k eputusan pembelian lampu HID 39 Project’s di Malang karena pada uji F nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0,000 < 0,05 yang merupakan batas tingkat signifikansi. Secara parsial dengan uji t, Responsiveness berpeng aruh secara signifikan terhadap k eputusan pembelian karena nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,000 < 0,05.
