| dc.description | The aim of the research was to find out the significance and the in fl uence of variable of product quality , product feature and product design towards customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of PT. Thamarga Jaya Sejahtera Surabaya . The population in the research was PT. Thamarga Jaya Sejahtera Surabaya ’s customers . The sa mple size of this research was 100 respond ent s . Data were collected by questionnaire which has been filled by those respondents. The results of analysis using path analysis are: (1) Product quality has positive and significant influence on customer satisfa ction. (2) Product feature has positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. (3) Product design has positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. | dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui signifikansi dan pengaruh variabel product quality , product feature dan product design terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty PT. Thamarga Jaya Sejahtera Surabaya . Populasi dalam penel itian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan PT. Thamarga Jaya Sejahtera Surabaya dengan j umlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden .
