| dc.description | Feasibility study restaurant business House of Gurami standing in the shop G - Walk Citraland Surabaya . Business feasibility study is examined from the aspect of marketing , legal aspects, technical aspects , management aspects and financial aspects . The purpose of business feasibility study is to determine feasible or not like the restaurant business House of Gurami is executed. The benchmark target is Tempoe Doeloe Citraland restaurant , Dr eam of Kahyangan , and Bandar Ikan Bakar Mataram , Surabaya. This type of research is the kind of evaluation applied . Marketing aspect in the analysis of the potential market restaurants, strength weakness opportunity and threat ( SWOT), marketing mix and STP ( segmentation, targeting and positioning ). For the legal aspects needed TDP ( Company Register), TIN ( Taxpayer Identification Number ), IMB ( Building permit), Disturbance Permit , Certificate of Land and Business License . Technical aspects include analysis o f the location of the shophouses in the area of the business G - Walk Ciputra Surabaya and explanation of the location of the restaurant layout . Aspects of management consist of organizational structure , job description , recruitment requirements and the nu mber of employees used as many as 21 people . Financial aspects of investment appraisal consists of NPV ( Net Present Value ), PP ( Payback Period), IRR ( Internal Rate of Return) and PI ( Profitability Index ). | dc.description.abstract | Studi kelayakan bisnis restoran House of Gurami berdiri di ruko G - Walk Citraland Surabaya. Studi kelayakan bisnis ini dikaji dari aspek pemasaran, aspek hukum, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen dan aspek keuangan. Tujuan studi kelayakan bisnis ini ad alah mengetahui layak atau tidak layaknya bisnis restoran House of Gurami dijalankan. Yang menjadi target benchmarking adalah restoran Tempoe Doeloe Citraland, Dream of Kahyangan , Ikan Bakar Mataram dan Bandar Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis te rapan evaluasi. Aspek pemasaran yang di analisis terdiri dari pasar potensial restoran, strength weakness opportunity dan threat (SWOT), marketing mix dan STP (segmentation, targeting dan positioning) . Untuk aspek hukum dibutuhkan TDP (Tanda Daftar Perusahaa n), NPWP (Nomer Pokok Wajib Pajak), IMB (Izin Mendirikan Bangunan), Izin Gangguan, Sertifikat Tanah dan SIUP. Aspek teknis meliputi analisis lokasi usaha yaitu ruko di wilayah G - Walk Citraland Surabaya dan penjelasan layout lokasi restoran. Aspek manajemen terdiri dari struktur organisasi, job description , syarat penerimaan karyawan dan jumlah karyawan yang digunakan sebanyak 21 orang. Aspek keuangan dilakukan penilaian investasi terdiri dari NPV ( Net Present Value ), PP ( Payback Period ), IRR (Internal Rate of Return) dan PI (Profitability Index).
