| dc.description | The “Buying Decision Factors Analysis for Printed Mug of Scholars in Surabaya” research is made to know what factors that made shcolar’s buying decision of printed mug product. This research use scholars in Surabaya as population o f research. Samples of this research are from 103 scholars spread in Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Surabaya, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November, and Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jatim. Sample taking method used is nonprobability method, w hich is judgement sampling combined with cluster sampling. Data are obtained form respondent feedback, reference books, and prior research. Research method used is exploratory factor analysis. There are nine variables used which are packaging, design serv ice, delivery service, conformance quality, warranty, mug endurance against temperature, warranty duration, print result sharpness, and design style. This research concludes that two factors of product differentiation were created from those indicators, wh ich are content and features. Those two factors represent 51,727% from those indicators. Content factore are made from conformance quality, warranty, mug endurance against temperatures, warranty duration, print result sharpness, and design style variables, then features factor is made from packaging, design service, and delivery service. | en_US | 
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Faktor - Faktor Keputusan Pembelian Printed Mug Mahasiswa di Surabaya ” ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor - faktor yang membentuk keputusan pembelian dalam produk printed mug . Penelitian ini menggunakan mahasiswa di Surabaya sebagai populasi. Sampel berasal dari 103 mahasiswa yang tersebar di Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Surabaya , Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November, dan Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jatim. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode non - probabilitas, yaitu judgement sampling yang dikombinasikan dengan cluster sampling . Data diperoleh dari masukan responden, buku - buku referensi pendukung, dan penelitian terdahulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor eksploratori. Terdapat sembilan variabel pembentuk faktor dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kemasan, jasa desain, jasa layanan antar, conformance quality, garansi, jamin an ketahanan mug terhadap suhu, durasi garansi, ketajaman hasil cetak, dan gaya desain. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terbentuk dua faktor diferensiasi produk baru dari indikator - indikator tersebut, yaitu faktor content dan features bahwa kedua faktor t ersebut mewakili 51,727% dari indikator - indikator tersebut. Faktor content terdiri dari variabel conformance quality , garansi, jaminan ketahanan terhadap suhu, durasi garansi, ketajaman cetak, dan gaya desain, sedangkan faktor features terdiri atas kemasan , jasa desain, dan jasa layanan antar | en_US |
