| dc.description | Feasibility study is usefull to measure whether a business is feasible enough to set up or to develop. DavidS Tour and Travel use s feasibility study to determine whether the business is feasible or not to develop. Feasibility study is a type of qualitative research using primary and secondary data types. The process of collecting data is using interview and observation. Analysis of the data in this feasibility study consist of five aspects, namely market and market ing , techn ical , management, legal, and financial aspects. The calculation for the financial aspects of investment appraisal criteria used three methods o f analysis namely Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). NPV obtained a positive value of Rp299.258.315 , 16. PP shows the time taken to cover the cost of investment is 1 year , 4 months , and 19 days . IRR of 62.04 % obtained showed that the result is greater than base rate loans credit for corporate credit and commerc ial credit from Bank Mandiri . Risk analysis is using scenario analysis with the sales turnover increas ing by 25 % from best - case scenario of a normal scenario and a worst case scenario of sales turnover went 25% less from the normal scenario . From these res ults, it can be concluded that David S Tour and Travel is feasible to be developed because the five aspects discussed can fulfill the existing standard benchmarks | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Studi kelayakan bisnis berguna untuk mengukur sebuah usaha tersebut layak atau tidak untuk didirikan atau dikembangkan . DavidS Tour and Travel me nggunakan analisis studi kelayakan bisnis untuk menentukan usaha ini layak atau tidak untuk dikembangkan. Studi kelayakan bisnis ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis data primer dan sekunder . Proses pengumpulan datanya dengan cara wawancara dan observasi di lapangan. Analisis data yang diteliti dalam studi kelayakan bisnis ini terdiri dari lima buah aspek yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen, aspek hukum, dan aspek keuangan. Perhitungan untuk aspek keu angan bagian kriteria penilaian investasi menggunakan tiga metode analisis yaitu Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR). NPV d idapat nilai positif sebesar Rp 299 . 2 58.315, 1 6 . PP menunjukkan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menutup biaya invest asi adalah 1 tahun 4 bulan dan 1 9 hari . IRR yang didapatkan sebesar 62 , 04 % yang hasilnya lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan kredit dari suku bunga dasar kredit B ank Mandiri untuk kredit corporate dan kredit commercial . A nalisis risik o menggunakan analisis skenario dengan omzet penjualan skenario terbaik meningkat 25% dari skenario normal dan omzet penjualan skenario terburuk menurun 25% dari skenario normal. D ari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha DavidS Tour and Trav el adalah layak untuk dikembangkan karena kelima aspek yang dibahas dapat memenuhi standar tolak ukur yang ada | en_US |
