| dc.description | KIO Studio is a clothing brand made from linen fabric which is a form of business development for the KATO+ brand. KIO Studio targets a different market class with KATO+ with the same types of products, namely tops, bottoms, bags, and accessories for men and unisex. This business is a form of development of an existing business so it is necessary to conduct a feasibility analysis study. The considerations of the study are market aspects, technical aspects, and financial aspects. The market aspect data was collected by using the questionnaire method and the number of potential markets was 7,858,060, the available market was 6,443,610, and the target market was 0.04% of the available market, which was 2,577. Technical aspects are used to determine business processes, labor requirements, investment needs and costs as well as business locations. The financial aspect is used to determine the feasibility of this business. From the calculation results, the net present value (NPV) is Rp. 1,435,027,611, the internal rate of return (IRR) is 11.287%, and the payback period (PBP) is 12 months and 21 days. The NPV value is more than zero, the PBP is less than the implementation period, and the IRR is more than MARR 10.88%, so the KIO Studio can be concluded as feasible to establish | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | KIO Studio adalah merek pakaian berbahan dasar kain linen yang merupakan bentuk pengembangan bisnis merek KATO+. KIO Studio menyasar kelas pasar yang berbeda dengan KATO+ dengan jenis produk yang sama, yaitu atasan, bawahan, tas, dan aksesoris untuk pria dan unisex. Usaha ini merupakan bentuk pengembangan dari bisnis yang sudah ada sehingga perlu dilakukan sebuah studi analisis kelayakan. Pertimbangan studi tersebut adalah aspek pasar, aspek teknis, dan aspek finansial. Data aspek pasar dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan didapatkan jumlah pasar potensial sebesar 7.858.060 jiwa, pasar tersedia sebesar 6.443.610 jiwa, dan pasar sasaran 0,04% dari pasar tersedia yaitu 2.577 jiwa. Aspek teknis digunakan untuk mengetahui proses bisnis, kebutuhan tenaga kerja, kebutuhan dan biaya investasi serta lokasi usaha. Aspek finansial digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha ini. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan nilai net present value (NPV) yaitu Rp 1.435.027.611, internal rate of return (IRR) yaitu 11,287%, dan payback period (PBP) yaitu 12 bulan 21 hari.
