| dc.description | The selection of suppliers who supply the right raw materials will determine the success of the company, especially in the field of production. This study aims to determine the criteria and sub-criteria that become a priority in the process of selecting the best supplier at CV. Gangsar. This study also aims to determine suppliers who have the best performance in providing raw material supplies according to analysis and calculations using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method for CV. Gangsar. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method, more specifically the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. This research is located in CV. Gangsar which is located on Jl. Demuk No. 37 Ngunut Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using AHP. The results of the study indicate the criteria that can be considered to choose the best flour supplier for CV. Gangsar is price, quality, delivery accuracy, quantity accuracy, and customer care. Quality is the most important criterion with a weight of 0.326, then the price criteria with a weight of 0.289, then the criteria for accuracy of delivery with a weight of 0.171, then the criteria for accuracy of quantities with a weight of 0.140, and the last criterion of customer care with a weight of 0.074. Which flour supplier is the most appropriate to support the production performance of CV. Gangsar can be seen from the greatest weight. The highest weight is Indotapioka with a value of 0.378, followed by Sari Bumi with a weight of 0.330 and finally Sungai Budi with a weight of 0.292. Therefore, Indotapioka Jaya is the most appropriate company to support the production performance of CV. Gangsar. The company should use the research results as input when choosing the right supplier. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pemilihan supplier yang memasok bahan baku dengan tepat akan menentukan kesuksesan perusahaan, khususnya dalam bidang produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria dan subkriteria yang menjadi prioritas dalam proses pemilihan supplier terbaik di CV. Gangsar. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan menentukan supplier yang memiliki performasi terbaik dalam menyediakan pasokan bahan baku menurut analisa dan perhitungan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process untuk CV. Gangsar. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), lebih spesifiknya adalah metode Analytic Hierarchy Process. Penelitian ini bertempat di CV. Gangsar yang berlokasi di Jl. Demuk No. 37 Desa Ngunut, Kecamatan Ngunut, Kabupaten Tulungagung, Jawa Timur.Pengambilan sample pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan AHP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kriteria yang bisa dipertimbangkan untuk memilih supplier tepung terbaik bagi CV. Gangsar adalah harga, kualitas, ketepatan pengiriman, ketepatan jumlah, dan customer care. Kualitas merupakan kriteria paling penting dengan bobot 0,326, kemudian kriteria harga dengan bobot 0,289, lalu kriteria ketepatan pengiriman dengan bobot 0,171, kemudian kriteria ketepatan jumlah dengan bobot 0,140, dan yang terakhir kriteria customer care dengan bobot 0,074. Supplier tepung mana yang paling tepat untuk mendukung kinerja produksi CV. Gangsar bisa dilihat dari bobot yang paling besar. Bobot paling besar adalah Indotapioka dengan nilai 0,378, disusul oleh Sari Bumi dengan bobot 0,330 dan terakhir adalah Sungai Budi dengan bobot 0,292. Oleh karena itulah Indotapioka Jaya adalah perusahaan yang paling tepat untuk mendukung kinerja produksi CV. Gangsar.
