| dc.description | This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. This study uses a sampling technique that is saturated sample. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Surya Lintas Abadi received 56 people. This research method is quantitative with data collection using questionnaires. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are work discipline affects job satisfaction, work environment affects job satisfaction, organizational culture affects job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance, work discipline does not influence on employee performance, work environment affects employee performance, organizational culture affects employee performance. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Surya Lintas Abadi yang berjumlah 56 orang. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. | en_US |
