dc.descriptionThis study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Trust of Security on Customer Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction in TeraMedic Applications used by Hospitals as Electronic Medical Records (RME). The research method used is quantitative method, the type of research is explanatory research. The number of samples used in this study were 334 respondents who worked in hospitals or health facilities using the teraMedic application. The results of this study indicate that the variables Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Trust of Security have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. The Customer Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyaltyen_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis Pengaruh Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use Dan Trust of Security Terhadap Customer Loyalty Melalui Customer Satisfaction Pada Aplikasi teraMedik yang digunakan oleh Rumah Sakit sebagai Rekam Medik Elektronik (RME). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitiannya adalah explanatory research. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 334 responden yang bekerja pada rumah sakit atau fasilitas kesehatan pengguna aplikasi teraMedik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use dan Trust of Security berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Variabel Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty.en_US
