PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KITCHEN SISTERFIELDS DI BALI
Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND WORK MOTIVATION TOWARDS KITCHEN EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE OF SISTERFIELDS IN BALI
The purpose of this research is to find out whether leadership style behavior and
work motivation influence kitchen employees’ performance of Sisterfields in Bali.
The population that is applied in this research is all kitchen employees who actively
work at Sisterfields Bali, while the sample that is done in this research is 47
Sisterfields kitchen employees from all existing departments in order to obtain the
real research results. Data collection technique in this research is done with
questionnaire distribution method that uses Likert scale data instrument without
neutral value. Research variables that are used by researcher is leadership style
variable and work motivation as independent variable, and employees’
performance variable as dependent variable. Furthermore, the researcher
processes research results data by using SPSS software for windows to obtain
significant conclusions based on that research results. Based on the hypotheses test
that has been calculated by using SPSS software, therefore it can be concluded that
this research result is leadership style influences towards kitchen employees’
performance of Sisterfields in Bali. Work motivation influences towards kitchen
employees’ performance of Sisterfields in Bali. Overall, leadership style and work
motivation simultaneously influence towards kitchen employees’ performance of
Sisterfields in Bali.
