| dc.description.abstract | Based on the data from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) and Miftahudin
(2018), the contribution rate of the agricultural sector to the national GDP is very
high (55% holistically), but the agriculture sector is currently suffering an
unstable condition for the economic growth of Indonesia. Meanwhile, nowadays
there is an increase in the number of available applications in the Apple Store
from 2009-2017. In relation to the existing traditional system in Indonesia, it
should be further developed with the help of technology, the researcher came up
with creating My Carnivlora App.
Technology Acceptance Model is used as the determinant for this research,
due to the model being the most popular model for technology adoption. The
purpose of the research is to determine the influence of perceived usefulness (X1),
perceived ease of use (X2) and perceived enjoyment (X3) toward intention to use
My Carnivlora Application (Y). The research is using a quantitative method, thus
in order to collect the data, the researcher conducted testing sessions and
distributed 5-Likert scale questionnaires to 61 carnivorous-plants’ owners, using
purposive sampling methods. Then the data is processed using multiple linear
regression.
The results of this research show that both Perceived Usefulness (Sig.
value = 0.020) and Perceived Enjoyment (Sig. value = 0.000) significantly affects
the intention to use My Carnivlora Application, while Perceived Ease of Use (Sig.
value = 0.890) does not have significant influence towards intention to use My
Carnivlroa Application. Moreover, the study found that there is a positive
relationship between Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Ease
of Use and intention to use of My Carnivlora Application with the degree of
independent variable explaining the influence of intention to use My Carnivlora
Application being 56.7%. | en_US |
