ANALISIS PERCEIVED OF USEFULNESS, PERCEIVED EASE OF USE, DAN PERCEIVED OF RISK TERHADAP PERCEIVED BEHAVIORAL CONTROL PENGGUNA APLIKASI PAYMENT METHOD OVO DALAM MELAKUKAN PEMBELANJAAN WISATA KULINER DI SURABAYA
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari
perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan perceived of risk terhadap
perceived behavioral control pengguna aplikasi payment method OVO dalam
melakukan pembelanjaan wisata kuliner di Surabaya. Pada penelitian ini
perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived of risk berperan sebagai
variabel bebas dan perceived behavioral control berperan sebagai variabel terikat.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuisioner
penelitian melalui media social dengan total 220 responden pengguna payment
method OVO. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah
regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu pengujian melalui software statistic
SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Berdasarkan hasil olah data
menggunakan SPSS, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perceived of usefulness
berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived behavioral control.
Perceived ease of use berpegaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived
behavioral control dan perceived of risk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan
terhadap perceived behavioral control. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien deteminasi
kemampuan model perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan perceived
of risk menerangkan variabel perceived behavioral control sebesar 35,3%.
