| dc.description | Surabaya zoo is the one of the tourist destination at Surabaya that are managed by Surabaya government. This research purpose is to know the influence of facilities (parking lot, toilet, diversity of animal, and KBS environment) and price (price compatibility and price changes) towards the consumer satisfaction. This research is a descriptive quantitative by using multiple linear regression and classical assumption test as statistics methods. The total of data gained using non- probability sampling from respondents are 100 data. The result of this research is independent variables had partial and simultaneous influence to the dependent variable. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Kebun Binatang Surabaya merupakan salah satu tujuan wisata di Surabaya yang dikelola oleh pemerintah kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang diberikan oleh fasilitas (tempat parkir, toilet, keragaman satwa, dan lingkungan KBS) dan harga (kesesuaianya di dapat dan perubahan harga) terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan mengunakan metode statistik analisis linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Jumlah data responden diperoleh dengan metode non -probabilitas sampel sebanyak 100. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah semua variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap variabel terikat. | en_US |
