PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN KAYUHUTAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and compentation to job satisfaction of KayuHutan employee. The variables studied in this research are servant leadership (X1), compentation (X2), dan job satisfaction (X3). Servant leadership has five indicators love, empowerment, vision, modesty, and trust. Compentation has 2 indicators financial compentation and non financial compentation. Job satisfaction has four indicators satisfaction with salary, satisfaction with co-workers, satisfaction with leader, and satisfaction with the job. The analytical tool used in this study is a multi regression analysis. The population in this study are all the employee of KayuHutan that not at non supervisor/ non manager level and already 2 years minimum work, and the sample are 84 respondents with a sampling technique of saturated sampling method.
Based on the result of analysis, it has made known that servant leadership not affect job satisfaction because there are other factor (environment and culture) based on where KayuHutan employee living. Compentation affect job satisfaction where non financial compentation indicator as the the greatest determinant indicator because KayuHutan always faster than another company when giving compentation.
