| dc.description | This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and its impact on employee engagement at CV SHM Farm. Job satisfaction is an individual human trait that is expressed as a condition felt by employees due to their work. Job satisfaction is usually reflected in employee performance, which is described as a response to what has been learned during work, commonly referred to as employee performance. A different mechanism in each company usually measures employee performance. Employees are one of the factors that spearhead the company in achieving company goals, so they are often referred to as assets. Employee engagement can determine how engaged employees are in the company. Job satisfaction and employee performance are closely related to employee engagement. The variables used in this study are job satisfaction as an exogenous variable, employee performance as an endogenous variable, and employee engagement as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using PLS-SEM software. The respondents used were 44 respondents who were selected based on the non-probability sampling method from the total employees of CV SHM Farm. The results obtained in this study are that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.029, employee performance variable has a significant positive effect on employee engagement with a significance value of 0.000, and employee engagement variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000. The employee engagement variable becomes a mediating variable in the relationship between employee satisfaction and employee performance. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dampaknya terhadap employee engagement di CV SHM Farm. Kepuasan kerja merupakan sifat individual manusia yang dinyatakan sebagai suatu keadaan yang dirasakan oleh karyawan sebagai hasil dari pekerjaannya. Kepuasan kerja biasanya tercermin pada performance karyawan yag digambarkan sebagai tanggapan dari apa yang telah dipelajajari selama bekerja yang biasa disebut dengan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan biasanya diukur dengan mekanisme yang berbeda pada setiap perusahaan. Karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor yang menjadi ujung tombak perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan sehingga sering kali disebut sebagai asset. Employee engagement dapat menentukan seberapa engaged karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut. Kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan berkaitan erat dengan employee engagement. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel eksogen, Performance Karyawan sebagai variabel endogen dan Employee Engagement sebagai variabel intervening. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak PLS-SEM. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 44 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan metode non probability sampling dari total keseluruhan karyawan CV SHM Farm. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.029, variabel kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000, dan variabel employee engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nila signifikansi 0.000. Variable employee engagement menjadi variabel mediasi sebagian dalam hubungan kepuasan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. | en_US |
